APPLESAUCE
2 lbs. apples
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pkg. red jello
1 1/2 cups
water
Wash apples thoroughly, cut the apple and core, (do not peel the
apples). Put 1 1/2 cups water into the cut apples, boil in a heavy pot until it
is all mushy. Put jello on bottom of bowl. Separate the water from the cooked
apples and save the water... you might need it. Grind out the hot apples into
the bowl with the jello. When you have all mixed, the jello and the ground
apples, add a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and taste it. If you like more cinnamon
you could add it. You could use sugar free or regular jello. Enjoy this.
